Pros

OpenTable is an incredible place to work. I have a fantastic and supportive manager who truly empowers the team. The environment is highly collaborative, and cross-functional partnership is strong across departments. There’s a great deal of flexibility and trust, which allows you to perform at your best. The company also offers meaningful perks and benefits that show they genuinely care about employees.

Cons

A bit fast pace as the company goes through a the final stages of restructuring.
