      Remote First Culture from day one Generous vacations, and paid holidays Good benefits overall

      Cons

      No movement upstairs to grow. No followthrough on programs for growth. Burned out us out juggling with a small staff during covid and then chased out tenured staff for having a larger salary.

      Teamwork focused, my managers always had my back, was always able to find help from someone if needed, even when working remotely. Compensation and commission were very competitive
