Pros

Great great company! The leaders and development coordinators are super helpful and really seem to care about your growth. Meetings are always educational and motivational and things get done in our time spent together. Love the growth opportunities!

Cons

I don’t have a problem with this but some might, company is growing and things can change last minute sometimes. Just have to roll with it though.

Pretty local so sucks if you have to relocate for personal reasons or anything that comes up.

BE CAREFUL: AT&T Sales at Costco

Pros

The job application is very misleading. You are only working at a booth at a Costco trying to get people to switch their phone and internet plans to AT&T. The pay is minimum wage and commission that's it.

Cons

Instead of a Sales and Marketing Representative for an Advertising Firm the job title should be AT&T Salesman at Costco.

Frankly we do practice sales and marketing and the role of Sales and Marketing Representative is not that far off with the added aspect of opportunity for rapid growth and advancement and we also work with retailers and we do not hide that aspect.
