      Pros

      My benefits aren't quite as good as they were working for the government, but they're still pretty great. It's really nice getting paid on the last day of every pay cycle - payroll really has their stuff together. My manager has been great. Sick leave policy is super nice.

      Cons

      Vacation days are a little lacking - first three years you only get 13 vacation days a year and you're expected to spend 4 of those taking off the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.

      Work time is flexible, you can work from home if agreed with your manager. Work life balance is good!

      No career growth, no salary hike or promotion leading to high attrition rate.
