      - They are flexible with the time you enter and you leave - Awesome Benefits - Good starting salary

      Cons

      - Only few people increase in salaries every year, and the increments are most of the time really small - OAL teams are a mess, they had a lot of bad practices and does not care to improve - There are very few opportunities to grow - Projects without requierements, ridiculous timeline, and managers does not care about the quality in the things that are done
