      Work life balance Not stressful still have hair on my head

      Cons

      low compensation compared to the current market value. little to no raises. always had to get a counteroffer to get a raise. managers always say you're at the top of the salary range for the level, i found out I am at the bottom of the range for my level.

      My manager is good and really cares about his people. There are many smart people to work with.

      The pay is low, the benefits are not very good, and you have to beg for the resources to do your job.
