      Pros

      Great work environment, good compensation and benefits, opportunity to work in multi cultural teams in a 100% English environment.

      Cons

      When you are in the interview process, they told you that you will go to a development area but once you are in, your job functions are mainly technical support and you don't code anymore. Also even when the salaries are high compared to the other IT companies, growth is sloooooooow.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work, management cares for a good balance between work/life for the employees. There are a lot of perks for the employees. The office enviroment is really relax and they promote you to be yourself and be comfortable in the office.

      Cons

      You have to make a good bargain when you enter the company because the salary are improved yearly and if the company doesnt improve you may not get a pay raise every year
