      Pros

      My Manager is very flexible, an excellent leader and always willing to support us. The challenges are high but the skills in the different teams are good enough to overcome them. So far an excellent job to keep work-life balance.

      Cons

      Equal to any IT job that I have worked. Management promises to deliver to much, so last weeks of each cycle we are working as crazy to try to deliver everything. This is something we need to improve.
