      Oracle is huge, it all depends on what business line you work with.

      Great benefits, good people, flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Corporate Oracle operates like a stodgy old and short sited company compared to their rivals. Once hired, almost impossible to get an increase in compensation. Layoffs can be often and brutal. Little to no transparency from the top. As a manager, I have no way to reward employees for their hard work.
