      - Challenging projects - Internal mobility available - Objective annual evaluations. - Online learning resources available - Good Salary + Benefits - Great technical level of peers. - Flexible working hours. - Great facilities (Before pandemic).

      - Due the size of the company is not easy to get visibility from management. - Long interview process. (Sometimes is not easy to know where exactly you are in the process). - The career path options are not clear enough.
