      Job security Work life balance Technical manager who understand you and doesnot boss around Full luxury five star stay for travel Reimbursement policy is good you can get internet money etc Closely knitt team Good work culture Good team and helpful people .

      Good work culture, learning - depends on which project ur in. salary-ok work life balance - depends on project

      Cons

      If you are recruited as application developer then u have to work on internal framework ADF which is not useful outside (basically you will forget java) . salary- depends how you negotiate , NO/very less hike after joining
