      Pros

      Eventually went to an "unlimited" vacation plan after time of only 3 weeks one of which was mandated when you took it.

      Cons

      In a decade only 2 miniscule raises and only one bonus after acquired company gave both. Don't take your years of service (nearly 2 decades) into account when determining employment status (layoffs).

      My management team (immediate supervisor, Director of Engineering and Project Managers) were all smart, focused on producing a good product and worked to keep the SW/HW teams abreast of any and all product changes and status throughout the PLC.

      Cons

      Upper management in the Bay Area screwed the pooch with offshoring leading up to the pandemic.
