Pros
I’m still new here, only about less than a month, and it’s been a decent place to learn the ropes. The team has been patient and helpful, and the structure makes it easier to get settled as a newcomer. For someone just starting out, the environment isn’t overwhelming and the expectations are clear enough.
Cons
I honestly went back and forth between a 3 and a 4 because some processes feel slower than they should be. It takes time to figure out who owns what, and communication could be smoother.
