      Very good company with work-life balance. I am working with an amazing team, I learned so much from the team.

      There is now a yearly hike procedure, even your managers don't know about hikes.

      Pros

      Work life balance mainly because there is no work and whatever work is there, it can be done by an 18 year old. Good company if you are not ambitious and wanted to do a government clerical job. Free commute.

      Cons

      Poor managers with no idea about technical knowledge in general and coding in specifics. No hikes. No future of company as development work is shifting to US slowly. Poor HR policies. Mediocre engineers. Politics at all levels. Pantry has a non functioning coffee machine and a rarely functioning printer
