Pros

Work-Life Balance: Many employees report a high degree of flexibility, including remote work (WFH) options and manageable hours that favor families and long-term stability. Learning & Development: The company provides extensive resources, including free access to Oracle University classes, exam vouchers, and certifications which are highly valued for career skill-building.

Cons

Stagnant Compensation: The most frequent complaint is the lack of regular salary hikes or market corrections. Long-tenured employees often find that new hires are brought in at significantly higher salaries than they earn.
