      Pros

      You have the chance to get a lot of experience, there are a lot of people willing to teach you things about every possition and you get to be involved in a lot of projects.

      Cons

      This job can be overwhelming and time consuming because there are more systems and tasks than people.

      Pros

      401K match is great..... that's about it.

      Cons

      No creativity for professionals to do their jobs. You have well educated people who are rolled over by high ego executives and are completely forgotten about. Corporate and upper management only cares about making themselves look good and reaching money targets (at any cost... even to people). Who cares what happens to the employees. Corporate puts out fancy and pretty looking posters and emails/banners.... to make it "look good", but they don't follow or really believe any of it.
