Good retirement plan and there is very capable personnel on the mid and lower management

Cons

Terrible work environment, the directors are focused on blaming each other for the problems instead of finding the cause of the issues, this company lives in eternal crisis and there is not budget to decently maintain the equipment of the plant to get the results that the direction wants.
