This Employer has conducted my interview around mid last year and given me the offer letter after HR discussion. I confirmed them about my last working day and resignation approval after I recived from current employer. But as the days progresses and my last day coming nearer around 25 days back at first they didn't respond my mail and call as I requested if my joining date can be extended as they assured that the offline contract will be shared to you in case if you can't join in the given date.
So I never got any offline contract from HR ,also no mail respond . I had to call from my relatives number to speak with HR after picking the phone first she told there are project issues currently,PO not get signed by clients,and told will get back to you after 1-2 days. After taking own sweet little time they have given the reason that the onboarding is happening from other location due to GDPR policy.at that time my current employer already approved my resignation and no withdrawal was possible. Now I am in very challenging situation and my current relation with my employer is also effected.I have done some financial planning keeping in mind the offer letter I recived before and ultimately caused my a financial harm by this company. This is first and worst experience I got after reciving the offer letter company told me first there are project issues and even the HR personally told me in my call fo not join this company as it may affect your career. If they had this project issues why they are sending the offer letters to the employees working in fortune companies and which affecting the rapport of the employees. Please think before joining this organisation.plus there are no additional benefits like insurance,PF, reimbursements etc.
