Pros

Working with my former employer was quite friendly and hospitable. Everyone was very cooperative to one another's workflow and helpful as well.

Cons

Working as a character artist in Hope Games in the time of pandemic was a little tough, as I was working from home. As there is a huge time difference between India and Belgium, I had to often stay up late working with them.
