      They pay for your housing, give you a food allotment each month, and steady pay increases.

      Cons

      It is all political and the more you kiss they behinds the more you get out of your job and whatever assignments you want.

      I love helping military members and their families. I get to travel, and I get to work with members of the community.

      I have personally grown and have developed many skills in learning the pros and cons of running a non-profit. I have also made some great connections.
