      Fast Growing Tech Company, Amazing People and Products

      Pros

      Opportunities for growth, great learning environment, products are relatively easy to learn and implement (customers get almost immediate value), company values are solid, leadership seems to really care about their people.

      Cons

      Grew a little too fast, processes were lacking and there has been a lot of flying by the seat of your pants which isn’t ideal for a company that presents as an enterprise ready solution and partner. Seems to be a hesitancy at times to invest in technology to help teams scale their efforts but I think new leadership is working to change this.

      Great products, nice office, good benefits.

      Cons

      Terrible management decision making, frivolous spend and unrealistic in office expectations for junior employees despite being told it was a hybrid model during interviews process.

      The people that work there rock, but that's about it

      Cons

      CEO won't look you in the face His direct underling (J) is so pompous and no one knows what he actually does Lying about their core tenants (care a lot about results) "all employees have to come in 5 times, better together", but its not all employees. Hardly any c suit besides people that lived 3 minutes to the office. Refused to get a NYC hub. Spent millions for a trip to vegas just to lay off 20% of company months later. Do not promote from within Huge disconnect from lower level paid people and high level paid people
