Pros

The people you work closely with.

Cons

No work life balance Unrealistic expectations Short termism No strategy behind the region and wouldn't listen to my ideas that were coming from experience of working in London Poor communication from upper management Expected to do three jobs at once Refused to pay all the hours I was working or give them in lieu Knew I wasn't able to take the breaks I was allotted due to my workload and didn't care.
