Pros

Amazing supportive managments, the best I have ever had in 8 years of working If you can graduate you can progress up the ranks if you put in the work Lovely team Good pay Incredible opportunity to go to things like festivals and awesome events

Cons

Its fundraising, its high stress and you need to be able to keep up with targets and keep you mindset up but if you can its an incredibly rewarding job where your helping people every day Its not an easy job, you aproaching people all day for hours and a lot of the time you will get rejected and people can be rude
