Pros

All of the volunteers have been lovely, creating a welcoming environment where you really feel as though your work is appreciated. Management is always happy to explain anything when you are unsure and it is overall great to help such a good cause.

Cons

It sometimes felt a though you weren't making much progress with the stock but this was mainly because our store was a very popular donation spot so the pile was always growing !

Pros

- Learnt a lot of things about fashion retail and had a chance to practise my skills - Easy entry if you don’t have a lot of prior work experience - Aware and respectful of disabilities

Cons

- Good work is “rewarded” with more work - Bad space management and poor organisation overall - Training seen as a one and done thing, not enough time for ongoing development support
