Pros

We had an excellent manager who was there to support us the whole way through. I started as a fundraiser, and the level of support you get from team leaders and work friends is excellent too.

Cons

The connection between the Fundraisers and the rest of the office could have been more inclusive. Would have loved to be involved more in meetings and see the day-to-day from a different perspective.
