Easy to work for, not so target focused as to be constantly stressed and under pressure.

Cons

Limited support from upper management, if they can avoid in person visits to retail sites they will. Induction and training was extremely lacking.

Team were friendly, diverse and worked well together. All for a good cause.

Cons

None really. Some heavy lifting and lugging of books around necessary, but not required if you couldn't do it.
