Pros

Amazing organisational aims. Work to support a cause I value and believe in. Lots of amazing colleagues working hard to make a difference

Cons

HR is out of control and treating people very poorly. Senior Leadership very poor. Lots of talk of culture change but absolutely no action taken by SLT to do the work. Very very poor progression. Pay is low work load very high. Mental health is suffering. Lots of apathy and dissatisfaction in staff currently.
