Pros

The volunteers are amazing and it's such fun.

Cons

Higher ups are put of touch and the constant expectations are impossible to meet. They will bleed you dry of everything you have to give and it will never be enough

Pros

Flexible/remote working is supported. Time allowed for personal development. Some good training opportunities.

Cons

Risk adverse, out of touch. Consistently fails to practice what it preaches resulting in a toxic, harmful culture.

Pros

Very friendly staff, easy to fit into the team, and a nice way to involve yourself in the community.

Cons

Potentially some difficult customers, but this is normal in retail.
