Pros

Interesting work, you can learn a lot. Well respected INGO in the industry.

Cons

Internal politics and egos often create a confusing and terse work relationship especially across teams and countries.

Pros

Worked at oxfam doing the shop displays and sorting donations, it was nice to feel at ease and not pressured in selling or micro-management. Great place to gain experience and flexible working around your availability. This was any years ago (although couldn't select the year), highly recommend if new to working and need some work experience.

Cons

None that I can remember
