Pros

Can't think of many, salary was quite good, unless you work for the shops in which case they don't deserve the same pay scale and decent work benefits.

Cons

- Slow decision making - Only concerned about Oxfam image and how they can grow - No concern for staff, failure to respond to issues and managers only focused on making sure their jobs are secure and not rocking the boat. - Very white, middle class organisation - Lack of direction and strategy

Pros

It is a little bit more than the living wage

Cons

Oxfam campaigns for a fair wage, and its salaries for jobs on the Level D/E/F are poor. The number of responsibilities and the pressure is not fair. There is not an empowerment system for retail/engagement employees. Young people and graduates have not change to step up. There is not a development career opportunity for them.
