Pros

Fantastic culture of people, smart and caring group. Great awareness of the importance of paying attention to gender inequality. Can get behind and respect the mission and so does everyone else in the company.

Cons

Relatively flat organization. Hard to grow, not a direct path for promotion. Pay is fair, but still not adequate for location.
