Good middle management and intentions

Cons

An exploitative, gig economy set up where your days are filled with job insecurity and lack of benefits. A large charity like Oxfam should be ashamed of treating employees this way

Pros

Not at all....the money is good but almost impossible to reach the target

Cons

Almost everything, awful management, no good training, huge rotation, and walking 8 hours per day in Dublin is very challenging. No career opportunities.
