Pros

Effective organisation that often punches way above its weight and is recognised across the globe. Most departments work well together.

Cons

Challenged with other smaller affiliates dictating its direction and suffers from working in a confederate organisation. Always has to balance the wish to attract good staff with the public perception of paying good wages to employees. Can suffer from the political nature of the other affiliates.

Pros

Great staff and colleagues Dedicated to the mission Great Benefits

Cons

Huge gap between upper management and staff. Huge gap in salaries. Not enough transparency. Very little room for growth and management does not go a good job of retaining talent. I've seen too many great people with company knowledge leave the organization.
