Working style is different from other organisations and always have a better scope for everyone. They motivate employees to achieve their own goals not only organisation goals.

Cons

Hard to work, because lot of competitions between the internal employees. But i believe best always be the best.

Pros

The people in the countries where Oxfam operates are great!

Cons

Oxfam Australia has a very top heavy structure that results in a very poor level of programming in the field. Headquarters "support" staff who often have little knowledge and experience in the field (but feel they have a lot) add to the work load of field staff.
