Getting to work with a range of books. meeting nice, friendly customers and staff. Feeling like you are contributing to a worthy cause.

Cons

Wages in charity sector notoriously low. Not much responsibility. Little information about progression. Some staff not open to new ways of doing things/ new ideas.
