Pros

-The organisation does fantastic work globally and the projects are well thought, community-lead and address deep-seated issues -Attracts good people that are willing to do the hard work -Appropriate salary and good benefits especially for parents -Leave policies are humane

Cons

-Management is out of touch and seem to not really listen to issues raised by staff -Questionable HR -Not immune to nepotism -Becoming more corporate in practice -High staff turnover
