Pros

Great pay, a lot of independence

Cons

Very poor leadership, was not offered even 1 professional development opportunity in 2 years, and work life balance is pretty bad. On top of that, they waited until the day before 1 contract ended before signing another, which left me feeling very insecure. Finally, performance feedback reports were done by sending a form in email, rather than in a 1-2-1. Also regular 1-2-1's between manager and myself were never conducted.
