Pros

You work for raising funds for the poor and needy people of the society. So at the end of the day that is always a satisfying thing. Good management and co-workers.

Cons

The work and job position are not in accordance with the compensation provided. Mostly unstructured work environment. They believe in the Law of Averages. you spend half of your compensation in travelling for raising funds.
