Pros

Awesome team at all levels in the US and around the world working both hard and smart on some of the most pressing problems in the world.

Cons

A very complex environment to navigate within the Oxfam Confederation. Having departed in 2017 (not 2020), the integration of affiliates was mired in complex change processes.
