Lovely Company

Pros

As a new employee I had lots of support and it was a lovely working environment with chances to climb the employment ladder.

Cons

The only con is it was a volunteer role so I wasn't paid however the fact I'm working for a charity makes this less important as I'm giving back to the community.

Fantastic as a volunteering option in your free time, slow paced environment, no need for a prior experience, many friendly new people, flexible working time, great when you want to start your working journey

Cons

The volunteeing is not paid at all
