      Inconsistencies between industrial, civil, buildings and head office in terms of policies and employee treatment

      Pros

      Pcl treats its employees well. Scheduling time off for visits with family is easy. Per deim for 7 days as long as you work your entire scheduled work week.

      Cons

      Pcl employs a wide spectrum of employees and a lot of them have little pride in their work. Many problems associated with high turn over rate.
