Great learning opportunities, reasonable expectations, no crazy overtime, and good people.

Cons

Pretty stingy on salaries, they lean too hard into their share program for compensation which doesn't really help newer employees, you don't start seeing real benefits from it until you're there for a loooooong time. Also too stingy on work from home, very minimal flexibility there.

- Great work culture - Good benefits with a lot of flexibility - Opportunities for growth/progression

Cons

- Inconsistent workload, can range from very busy to barely enough to do and anywhere in between (depending on your role, project type, project cycle, time of year, etc.)
