      Pros

      Having worked for a few different companies I can safely say that I have never worked for a company and for a group of managers that cared more for its people. Everyone I work with does everything they can to make you feel like part of the PCL family.

      Cons

      The construction industry rarely provides the option for a standard 8 hour day. You have to be willing to make the effort to be successful in this industry.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere - hard working, caring, engaged employees. Opportunity to advance over the long term. Wonderful to be a part of teams that build amazing projects like Rogers Place in Edmonton.

      Cons

      Some of the projects are very big and take a year or two to complete …. sometimes advancement opportunities require patience.
