Good company but overworking employees

Pros

Overall a good company to work for. The employee share program promotes a good work atmosphere; everyone helps each other and works well together, for the most part, since the better our projects due, the better the company does and the greater return for our dividend. There are also a lot of good opportunities within the company.

Cons

They tend to understaff projects in order to keep costs down and increase profits, which is good for the dividends. Problem is the dividends benefit the long term employees and executives a lot more than they do the people working in the trenches, taking on heavy workloads, putting in the long hours and weekends.

Plenty of OTJ training big company perks structured hierchy of management. resources to get the job done.

Cons

California division is so low balled wages it's deplorable for the demand on employees low hours forced to leave due to lack of work went to out of state project with same company HR does not talk to other districts.
