At PCL, we use a total rewards compensation strategy consisting of base salary, discretionary performance bonuses, flexible benefits, employee share ownership opportunities, and more to ensure we compensate our employees fairly and reward them for going above and beyond. We also complete research annually to ensure employees are rewarded fairly based on the region.
