PCL has a really good atmosphere and they really care about their employees.

Cons

Project are a great but with COVID projects are not guaranteed and moved on to a different opportunity.

People are the core of PCL. We recently launched our companywide engagement survey to fully understand what means most to PCLers. We have 1000's of projects across North America that are supported by our internal mobility program. Our internal and external job boards allow employees to discover where opportunities to grow their careers are!

Always a big push to complete no matter who gets left behind leads to animosity among trades
