      Total Compensation; Workplace Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity; Unique Projects; Team and Manager Support; Corporate and Project Teambuilding; Support for Project Team Collaboration; Quality of Performance. I could go on.

      Cons

      This group is way ahead of the curve. I don't see any cons per say, just conditions of employment which I see as a major net positive.
