The employee ownership model means that your co workers are invested in seeing you succeed. People are often eager to help you along and succeed. Great culture and lots of opportunity to grow and fulfill your career goals.

Cons

The hours can be long at time depending on projects and time of year, nothing out of the normal for construction industry.
