We value your sentiments in regards to remote job sites and the challenges that can arise. Mental health is extremely important. Our Employee and Family Assistance Program is free to all PCLers and their immediate family members. It's confidential and available 24/7 and they offer urgent counseling and can recommend other specialized services. Also included in our benefits package are funds you can use towards mental health professionals and initiatives. For example fitness, therapy, massage, dietician, and lifestyle credits. We highly encourage all PCLers to fully utilize their benefit options.
