Great people, lots of overtime, good benefits, good he department and a very good work environment and people usually love working there

Cons

Unless you are in management the pay won’t change chances are you won’t move up. I’m only doing this because Glassdoor is making me

This company has not only taken care of me professionally, the leadership has helped me with family matters and get through personal issues.

Cons

Just as with any larger general contractor, you can get stuck on projects that no one really cares for at times.
